Today the Lane family are still integral to the business. Janet Groves, granddaughter of the founder, is Non-Executive Chairman and her son Jonathan is Executive Chairman. Jonathan’s sister Rachel Cox and cousins Amy Power and Robin Sissons are all directors of the family board.
All are supported with an experienced team of operational directors.
